Vera Keller is the author of *Knowledge and the Public Interest* (Cambridge, 2015) and *Interlopers* (JHUP, 2023), over thirty articles, and two co-edited volumes, most recently on the history of collecting in learned societies of 17th and 18th-century Europe. She is currently completing a book, *Curating the Enlightenment: Johann Daniel Major (1634-1693) and the Experimental Century.* She is interested in the history of knowledge particularly as it relates to interest, doubt, ignorance, politics, and the public sphere.
